Katie hails from the frozen tundra of Minnesota and lives in DC with her husband Chad and her cat Stella. She works at a bank, and is not your typical banker. Her passion about inclusion spans from financial inclusion to ensuring people can be their whole selves at work. Are you bringing your whole self?
Bryan Sholl
WE DON'T LIKE LABELS HERE
Originally from Oklahoma, Bryan is a modern-day tumbleweed. Remember that song “I’ve Been Everywhere” by Johnny Cash? That pretty much sums up Bryan’s childhood. He completed a degree in Theatre and Dance from Old Dominion University, which he puts to great use selling Real Estate in Arlington, VA.
Dave Burton
CANDYMAKER, ENTREPRENEUR
Dave started his story in a small town in the Rocky Mountains, selling homemade lollipops to his friends at school. Today Dave runs and owns The Capital Candy Jar, where all the candy is made by hand and sold in gourmet groceries and shops all over the DMV. His business was inspired by a passion for candy, a love of DC, and a desire to be his own boss.

Rachel writes software by day and novels by night. She lives in New York City with her girlfriend, a cat with the soul of a dog, and a cat with the soul of gerbil.
